You pay for verified domain connections and nothing else. DoDomain never proxies your traffic, so there is no bandwidth meter, no per-request charge, and no certificate line item, the connect flow, authoritative-DNS verification, signed webhooks and drift monitoring are in every tier, starting with $0 forever.
Every tier includes the hosted connect flow with guided DNS setup, authoritative verification, signed webhooks and ongoing monitoring. What changes between them is one-click setup on supported DNS providers and the white-label connect flow (paid plans), plus monthly connections, applications, and API throughput.

Monthly verified-connection allowances come from the same plan definitions the application itself uses. No sales call is required for these self-serve tiers; the enterprise row above is for volume beyond them.
Verified connections per month is a billing quota, not a rate limit, and it is a hard cap on every plan: once your team reaches it, new session creation is refused with 402 quota_exceeded until the next billing month or an upgrade. Connections you already have keep working and keep being monitored; only NEW connect sessions are refused, and there is no overage billing. On Free, the allowance is shared by every Free team you own.
A connection counts once, on its first successful verification. Re-verification, a domain breaking and recovering, or a disconnect and reconnect never count again.
API requests per minute is a per-app abuse guardrail on the authenticated /api/v1 surface, enforced on a fixed one-minute window on every plan; not a billing line.
The operator-facing version of this table, including the webhook-endpoint limit and the exact monitoring cadence, lives in the docs: Pricing and quotas.
DoDomain sits at the DNS layer: it gets your customer's records created and proves they are live. Vendors that terminate traffic on those hostnames, issuing certificates and routing to your tenants, solve the half after that, and they are complements rather than alternatives. We keep the sourced, dated comparisons on their own pages:
Free is $0 forever and includes 50 verified domain connections per month. Pro is $29 per month ($24 per month, billed annually) with 500 connections per month, and Scale is $99 per month ($82 per month, billed annually) with 2,500. Annual billing saves 2 months free on the paid plans. Every tier is published and self-serve; there is no quote-only tier. Volume beyond Scale's 2,500 connections a month is arranged directly: email aladdin@devino.ca or use the enterprise contact form.
Yes. The Free plan is $0 forever and needs no card. It includes 50 verified connections per month, 1 app, guided manual DNS setup with a live status per record, authoritative-DNS verification, signed webhooks, and DNS drift monitoring. One-click setup (Cloudflare OAuth, and Domain Connect where the provider has enabled it) is part of Pro and Scale.
Pro is $29 per month, or $24 per month, billed annually ($288/yr). Over Free it adds one-click DNS setup (Cloudflare OAuth, and Domain Connect where the provider has enabled it), a white-label connect flow with your own copy, font and success button and no "Powered by DoDomain" line, 500 verified connections a month instead of 50, 3 apps instead of 1, and priority email support. Scale is $99 per month ($82 per month, billed annually) and adds 2,500 connections a month, unlimited apps, 1,200 API requests per minute and top-priority support, answered first.
No per-domain, per-hostname or per-request fee. You pay a flat monthly price for a plan, and the only thing metered is new verified connections per month: 50 on Free, 500 on Pro, 2,500 on Scale. A connection counts once, on its first successful verification, so domains you have already connected add nothing to the next month's bill: they keep being re-verified and monitored. There is no overage billing. Past your allowance, new connect sessions are refused until the next billing month or an upgrade.
Among the DNS-layer products on our compare roundup, DoDomain has the lowest published entry price: Free is $0 forever with 50 verified connections a month (guided manual setup), and Pro with one-click setup is $29 per month. Entri publishes no free tier, and its cheapest listed plan, Startup, is $249 a month for 600 connections a year (per entri.com/plans, retrieved 2026-10-06). Cloudflare for SaaS does a different job, serving the traffic rather than writing the customer's DNS record: it includes 100 hostnames on a zone plan, then charges $0.10 per additional hostname per month, not counting the zone plan itself (per developers.cloudflare.com, retrieved 2026-10-06). It complements DoDomain rather than replacing it. The vendors meter differently (per month, per year, per hostname), so the compare roundup prices every option at 100, 2,000, and 20,000 live domains. Check each vendor's own page for its current figures.
A connection counts once, on its first successful verification. Re-verifying the same session, a domain breaking and recovering, or disconnecting and reconnecting never count again; you pay for connections made, not for verification traffic. A connection from an earlier month that recovers today does not land in this month's total either.
Creating a NEW connect session returns 402 quota_exceeded until the next billing month or an upgrade. Nothing you have already connected is affected: existing connections keep working and keep being monitored. There is no overage billing: you are never charged for connections beyond your plan.
No. Signed webhooks, automatic DNS drift monitoring of verified connections, and the remote MCP server for AI assistants are included on every plan, including Free. Webhook endpoints are not plan-gated either: every plan gets the same per-app limit.
No, because DoDomain is never in the request path. It writes and verifies the DNS that points your customer's domain at your infrastructure; TLS terminates at your own host (Vercel, Cloudflare for SaaS, Approximated, Caddy, nginx). That is why there is no bandwidth or per-request line on this page; see dodomain.io/docs/ssl.
The figures in these answers are US dollars. DoDomain also prices in CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, BRL, MXN, JPY, PHP: the plan cards on this page quote you in your own currency where it is supported, and that is the currency you are charged in. Anywhere else, prices are shown and charged in USD.

Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time from the subscription-management email. Downgrading keeps your existing connections and their monitoring; only the monthly allowance for new connections changes.
No card, no sales call: create an app, mint a session, and watch the first domain verify.
